Privacy Policy

All information shared by you during your relationship as a client with the clinic and its representatives will be kept in the strictest confidence, except as required by law or necessary to protect you or others. This clinic and its representatives do not consent to any conversations being recorded.

 

Agape Women’s Clinic Portal Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Portal Application (“Portal”). These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice, at the sole discretion of Agape Women’s Clinic. They outline how the Portal operates and how your privacy is protected. Access to the Portal may be revoked at any time for any reason.

Your Portal Record

We do not give access to portions of medical records on the portal at this time.

Response to Secure Messaging

We strive to respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner; however, staff may not always be immediately available. Do not use the Portal for urgent or emergency situations. For immediate care, contact your physician, visit an emergency room, or dial 911.

Security and Confidentiality

As a Portal user, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your information by:

  • Keeping your login credentials confidential
  • Securing your personal device

You assume full responsibility for your use of the Portal and any activity that occurs under your access. Agape Women’s Clinic is not liable for damages related to unauthorized access or use. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Portal.

We maintain strict confidentiality standards consistent with all other medical records. Access is limited based on care roles, and security measures such as encryption, firewalls, passwords, and audit trails are used to protect your information.

Conditions of Use
  • Use the Portal lawfully and respectfully.
  • Do not harass, threaten, defame, or infringe on others’ rights.
  • Do not upload or share illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.
  • Do not send unauthorized or unsolicited messages or advertisements.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access or interfere with Portal functionality.
  • Do not use tools or software that compromise Portal security.

The Portal is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Agape Women’s Clinic does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or compatibility with your device.

You acknowledge that the Portal may contain sensitive health information and agree to use it at your own discretion. You agree to comply with all applicable privacy and data protection laws.

By using the Portal, you consent to Agape Women’s Clinic’s privacy policy and practices regarding your information.

Agape Women’s Clinic may modify, suspend, or terminate the Portal or these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Agape Women’s Clinic. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect.
