What To Expect During Your First Appointment

For your first appointment, please bring a photo ID (if available) and complete any required forms ahead of time to help your visit go smoothly.

To respect your privacy, we’ll begin with one-on-one time for questions and pregnancy testing. A support person is welcome to join you during the ultrasound.

If your male partner attends, he’ll also have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with a male coach during the first part of the visit.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW:
  • All services are free, and we do not bill or notify your insurance.
  • Our medical team includes BSN and RN nurses and an RDMS, all overseen by a local OBGyn.
  • We provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can ask questions and process your options.
  • Please arrive 15min early. Most first appointments take about an hour.
